Help Us Protect Them 2018 represents the start of a new year, filled with the hope and optimism that only the turning of a calendar can bring, but for many animals trapped in puppy mills and left to starve or brave unthinkable conditions it is just another agonizing day. This year marks another milestone for those of us involved in animal rescue here in Pennsylvania, as puppy mill laws go into full effect and many breeding operations will size down or close. Pennsylvania no longer wishes to be the #1 puppy mill state in the US! The dachshunds removed from these horrible conditions will go to shelters and rescues as we attempt to rehabilitate the breed we love before the re-homing effort can begin.We need your help protect them!
