In 2014 we were acquired by Woolworths Holdings Limited (WHL), a South African-based retailer with operations across the Southern Hemisphere. WHL consists of three main operating divisions including David Jones. The others are Woolworths South Africa, based in South Africa and operating across 11 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, and Country Road Group and their brands Country Road, Trenery, Witchery, Mimco and Politix.
