We specialize in the administration of catastrophe and daily claims, operating on an international scale through our corporate headquarters in Toronto, Ontario with additional offices located in Alberta, Oklahoma, Texas and Florida. CRU has a proven record of providing the resources and knowledge to service and collaborate with carriers of all sizes. In addition to our adjusters, inspectors, analyst, appraisers and catastrophe support personnel, we employ a large full-time staff with professionals in accounting, information services, corporate management, and customer service specialists. With a stellar Senior Management Group, CRU brings a diverse background of experience with claims knowledge going back several decades in the US, Canada and Worldwide. By conducting multiple yearly training seminars in multiple countries, we have been able to grow, evaluate, and develop specialty adjusting groups to meet our client-specific needs. We currently maintain an 18 category staff database with more than 1,200 property and auto adjusters. In 2013, we utilized more than 360 of these professionals in two concurrent Canadian deployments.
