When they're thriving, we have accomplished our mission. We are not a bank. Though we offer similar services, loans, and federal insurance, that's where similarities end. We are a not-for-profit cooperative, owned by the people who save and borrow with us. Becoming a member of Credit Union of Ohio is a special privilege. Unlike a bank, not everyone can join, but qualifying is relatively easy. You qualify for membership if: you are an employee or retiree of the State of Ohio or if you live, work, worship, or attend school in Franklin County, Ohio.
