ClickWeld is at the heart of our technology; this proprietary mechanical joining system completely removes welding from steel pipelines. Eliminating welding gives CORE the opportunity to install internal corrosion protection in a quality controlled factory environment. All of our products arrive to site with liner or coatings pre-installed, ready to be clicked together by our CORE Service Team. CORE Liner takes what is conventionally a two-step process – steel pipeline construction followed by in-the-field liner installation – and turns it into a one-step pipeline construction process that builds steel and lined/coated pipe concurrently.
