“Flexibly your Laser Partner” Convergent Photonics intends to be the pre-eminent supplier of robust, high power laser sources for Industrial Applications in the global machine tool industry. Our mission is very simply to provide high quality laser sources to key Partners and independent integrators of machine tool systems, in the open market. Taking advantage of our extensive applications knowledge (having deployed more than 6000 high power lasers worldwide over the last 25 years) we develop customized, cost effective solutions, with our OEM Partners, tailored for the application on hand. We emphasize a partnered approach to problem solving, working closely with our Customers, all the way from collaborating on detailed laser design to supporting their application efforts. We are increasingly vertically integrated, enabling us to provide cost competitive products to the marketplace. Our goal is to provide a range of flexible product offerings to our Customers, vis-à-vis the option to purchase fully functional stand-alone turn-key lasers, or alternatively, the option to purchase modules/kits, which may then be integrated into a customized package (typically designed by Convergent Photonics for the Customer). Finally, we also offer extensive service training to Customers desirous to undertake servicing responsibilities.
