Through more than 16 years, we have refined our collections processes and tools to ensure outstanding recovery results for our clients, while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. This focus has enabled us to become a leader in the accounts receivable industry in México. We have the capability to work collections, telemarketing, and inbound customer service calls in both Spanish and English. We are fully licensed in both México and the United States for Telemarketing and currently working towards obtaining all necessary licenses for Nearshore collections in the U.S.A
