Congress of Universitas Indonesia Students

The Congress of Universitas Indonesia Students is the highest constitutive organization in the Associated Students of Universitas Indonesia.Its members consist of:1. The Student Representative on the Board of Trustees of UI that can't be deputized,2. The President of the Student Executive Body of UI that can be deputized by the Vice President of the Student Executive Body of UI,3. All members of the Student Legislative Body of UI that can't be deputized,4. All Justices of the Student Court of UI that can't be deputized,5. The President of the Student Affairs Audit Body of UI or his/her Vice President,6. All Speakers of each faculty student legislative organization or their Vice Speakers,7. All Presidents of each faculty student executive organization or their Vice Presidents.Authority:• The Congress of Universitas Indonesia Students has authority to change and establish the Constitution of the Associated Students of Universitas Indonesia through deliberations that can be attended by Universitas Indonesia Students.• The Congress of Universitas Indonesia Students has authority to dismiss the Student Representative on the Board of Trustees of UI and the President and/or the Vice President of the Student Executive Body of UI.• The Congress of Universitas Indonesia Students has authority to held an organizational performance report submission forum for the Student Representative on the Board of Trustees of UI, the Student Executive Body, the Student Legislative Body, the Student Affairs Audit Body, and the Student Court.• The Congress of Universitas Indonesia Student has authority to regulate in forced condition. To establish a forced condition, the Student Congress organize a meeting attended by at least 3/4 members of the Student Congress and is approved by at least 2/3 of the number of members of the Student Congress who attend the Student Congress session.
