Confident Care24 Is a healthcare specialist, providing both temporary and permanent staffing solutions to residential care establishments throughout UK. We provide our health care staff to residential care settings throughout the UK. Residential care establishments often find themselves short staffed, whether this is due to holiday, sickness cover or simply not a wide enough staffing team. We provide short term emergency cover, with a member of management at the end of a phone 24/7. We also provide full time members of staff to Care and Nursing Homes, saving the homes recruitment process and which also helps residents familiarise who will be delivering their care needs.
