Comprehensive Decommissioning International (CDI)

Comprehensive Decommissioning International, LLC (CDI) is jointly-owned by Holtec International and SNC-Lavalin. CDI was established to bring safe, rapid and economic decommissioning of US nuclear power plants. The safe deconstruction of nuclear power plants requires complex project planning and project management, skilled employees, proven processes, and innovative technologies. CDI is backed by parent companies with decades of experience managing complex projects. CDI aims to completely decommission retired nuclear plants within approximately eight years, subject to sufficient funding.
