Founder and lead advisor Rachel de Sain has over 20 years’ experience across a range of digital transformation and innovation disciplines. She is an internationally regarded digital strategist with over twenty years of global experience having worked with governments, Fortune 500 companies, and leading academic institutions. Rachel helps her clients to develop solutions that leverage existing infrastructure & look to future innovations to ensure sustainable long-term success. She has expertise in design thinking, service delivery, innovation, governance, digital transformation & strategy. She has delivered a range of world-first innovations for companies such as MTV Networks, T-Mobile and Accenture, & a range of public and private organisations. Rachel was most recently Executive GM responsible for Innovation, Design and Development at the Australian Digital Health Agency, overseeing the creation of Australia's Digital Health Strategy, 2018-2022, & a range of improvements to the suite of products & services of the national infrastructure including the my health record & a new service delivery framework.
