Just talk to Vince Kent, President and CEO of cloudIT, for a few minutes and you’ll quickly realize he has real passion for his customers. “Taking the time to listen, really listen, to our customers is our greatest strength”. No matter what their position, everyone at cloudIT comes together to help our customers. We design and implement the best solution for our customers, take care of their daily IT needs and build a long term relationship that, as a valued customer recently commented, “is like family”. Born and raised in a small town in Kansas, Vince Kent learned early that he had a natural ability for all things electronic. He put his talent and passion to work in the telecom industry for over 15 years. Moving to Arizona in 2006, he has helped Trans-West Network Solutions become a leader in voice telecom. In 2012, customers who absolutely loved working with Trans-West on their telephone systems began asking for help in the IT area. Vince listened. He had already developed a stellar reputation on the voice side of things, and after nurturing the new IT support team within Trans-West realized his true passion was in fact IT. This small entry into IT paved the way to spawn Vince’s brainchild – cloudIT. cloudIT has expanded now into an independent, quickly growing company, based in Phoenix serving customers across the state of Arizona.
