We are a State of California Licensed and Federally Certified Skilled Nursing Facility. Our programs have been designed not just to meet, but rather, to exceed all laws and regulations that govern facilities like ours. Because we are locally owned and operated, we are completely accountable for the quality of care we provide. You can take comfort in the fact that we are strategically located next to the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula should there be a need for emergency or specialized care in a hospital. Carmel Hills Care Center hires only caregivers who are experienced and who can demonstrate qualities of compassion, dependability, and understanding of the needs of our residents. We do background and reference checks on all caregivers.
