Canada's Free Agents

Launched in 2016, Canada's Free Agent is a Government of Canada program that proposes a new model for workforce mobilization. It offers public servants the freedom to select work that matches their skills and interests and allows them to make a contribution that they find meaningful. It also supports managers looking to rapidly and easily acquire top talent with emerging and core skills in order to support their short-term project needs.
