About Camp Firwood
Situated on a mile of Lake Whatcom waterfront southeast of Bellingham, Firwood has been the summer camp of choice for thousands of campers since 1955.
Campers choose from a varied menu of activities including classics like sailing, kayaking, climbing, and crafts; along with newer favorites like wakeboarding, outdoor challenges, rock climbing, skateboarding, and paintball!
What seems to draw campers back most, however, are the lasting friendships they make with other kids from all over the Northwest who just keep coming back to Firwood.
Campers get to hang out with the members of our Summer Staff, a group of energetic, caring, and dedicated high school and college age students. They are effective role models who live the message of Jesus Christ in practical ways.
A week at Camp Firwood is guaranteed to be packed full of fun, adventure, and memorable experiences!
