Started in 1998, Building Resources is the Twin Cities' premiere full-service commercial janitorial company; the only company of its kind in the area to focus on offering long-term, full-time employment to cleaners as well as focussed attention on specific types of buildings. We service medical, owner-occupied, managed multi-tenant, educational, finance, and laboratory. Our goal is to contintue to improve client’s experiences with the janitorial industry and provide sustainable employment to qualified people. Building Resources offers additonal services such as floor care such as vct, carpet, sealed floors, laminates and other specialty coatings, construction clean-up, grout restoration and acid washing, in-house assistance and consultation services. With sustainability as our hallmark, we work with LEED requirements when requested and we are always on the look out for better cleaning technology.
