Formerly known as Emeritus at Colonie Manor, Brookdale Colonie is Latham, NY’s preeminent assisted living community. Conveniently located in the Town of Colonie, NY, our community is just minutes from Albany, Schenectady, Troy, and Saratoga County. Each of our studios provides privacy for our residents while our large common areas offer an inviting space for our residents to socialize and gather. Our residents are confident in living at Brookdale Colonie, knowing that they are safe, secure, and treated with respect, care, and compassion. Our single-story building is nestled on more than seven acres of land for our residents to enjoy. Wildlife animals such as turkeys, deer, rabbits, and multiple bird species are easy to spot on our property. Each of our 94 private studio senior apartments features a private bath, individualized climate control, and large windows. Our facility maintains strong professional relationships with many local healthcare organizations to ensure the best care for our residents.
