The Division of University Advancement serves the entire Bowling Green State University community, supporting students, alumni, donors, faculty, staff and others. The division’s framework is designed to foster alumni success, champion a culture of philanthropy among all Falcons, and help to achieve BGSU’s vision of becoming a premier learning community.UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT FOCUSES ON FOUR KEY AREAS:The BGSU Alumni Association provides graduates with programs and services that encourage personal and professional growth while creating opportunities to stay connected to the University.The Office of Development inspires and assists alumni, friends, students, faculty and staff in achieving their philanthropic goals while advancing the mission of the University.The BGSU Foundation, Inc. acts as steward of the funds entrusted to the University, utilizing resources and investing responsibly so that donors may ultimately witness the results of their philanthropy.Advancement Services ensures responsible, ethical management of Foundation funds and alumni/donor information while providing information services and infrastructure for the division’s fundraising and engagement activities.
