Created by Outback Steakhouse co-founder Tim Gannon with his son Chris Gannon, the restaurant invites diners to build bowls for lunch and dinner, packed with superfoods and tasty proteins. Bolay innovates the build your own bowl experience, with bold and innovative flavors, and pairs it with refreshing infused teas & local libations. Each ingredient has been selected with care and purpose with you in mind. We believe great food does great things for the body, mind and spirit and should be accessible to everyone.
