What started as the legendary birthplace of the first personal computer and home to IBM today serves as the stomping grounds for a new generation of technology, life sciences, and service companies that are aiming for leadership and disruption in their respective fields. Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), acquired by Crocker Partners in 2018 is a state-of-the-art, accessible 1.7 million square foot office park located in the heart of Boca Raton. BRiC was initially developed by IBM as its North American Research and Development facility. Since world-renowned architect Marcel Breuer designed the IBM facility in the late 1960s, this unique office campus has been synonymous with the spirit of revolutionary design and creativity.
