About Boca Grande Capital LLC
Boca Grande Capital is a team of visionaries – architects, construction managers, restaurateurs and others – who are working with the City of Ripon, Wis., to bring to life a bold transformation of Ripon's downtown business district. The goal is to create more opportunities for those who live or work in Ripon and more opportunities for visitors to share in all that Ripon has to offer.
Boca’s plans incorporate space for retailers and other businesses, restaurants and housing. The centerpiece project is the Ripon Inn & Spa, a boutique hotel with worldclass amenities and services. Located in the heart of downtown and just one block from the Ripon College campus, the Ripon Inn & Spa will be a community asset that will draw visitors from throughout the Midwest.
Boca also plans to establish the National Museum of Republican Presidents in Ripon as a way to recognize and celebrate Ripon’s history as the birthplace of the Republican Party.
