Bethany Union Church of Chicago

We are an Interdenominational Church founded after the Great Chicago Fire when 14 souls came together to build a community of faith by putting aside their denominational differences and covenanting with each other to serve God and the new community as Christians who let grace be their rule and love their aim. Bethany Union Church (BUC) has been at the same location for nearly 150 years and we still hold fast to not letting the things of man get in the way of the things of God. We are a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, multi-denominational set of folks who celebrate our unity in diversity and our dignity as human beings, children of God and fellow heirs of the Kingdom. Everyone is welcome to come and join us and see how sweet the taste of our Christian Fellowship is and how God uses us to reach out and make a significant difference in His creation. Worship is at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings and all are invited. We are easy to find, but hard to forget!
