PRE- REPOSSESSION /CURE PROGRAM We have developed a unique pre-repossession approach to resolving our clients delinquencies while improving customer retention, reducing repossession volume, and eliminating associated costs to both our client and the member in a diplomatic fashion. By pairing our in-house associate with a field agent, we are able to swiftly locate, contact, and educate the customer on the status of their delinquency as well as the negative implications of repossession. Simultaneously, we improve the overall health of our client's portfolio and impart our corporate culture to allow customer relationships to be restored. REPOSSESSION SERVICE In the event that your customer is ultimately unwilling or unable to pay current, our field agent is able to leverage the gathered intelligence to rapidly secure our client's collateral. Our field agent will be dispatched to immediately locate and secure you collateral. Our in-house associate will coordinate with the agent throughout the repossession process, and will assist with the skip tracing efforts when necessary. We are able to secure and transport all varieties of collateral nationwide. REMARKETING SERVICE We will make all arrangements to transport the collateral to our agent's marketing center. Upon completing a photo-inclusive condition report, we are able to leverage our national exposure to obtain the highest value possible for our client Our remarketing fee in completely contingent.
