Underpinning this experience is a team of data gatherers and analysts who can convert data from a wide range of trusted sources into a housing market ‘landscape’ from individual site level through street and postcode to district and town/region. Our quantitative analysis is backed up by a real expertise in qualitative research, ranging from approx. 40,000 mail shots to targeted telephone surveys and detailed focus groups.
We work throughout the UK. Our recent commissions include work in Manchester, Liverpool, Bradford, Leeds, London, Stoke, Sevenoaks and Durham.
