We are the UK's largest franchised group of McDonald’s restaurants located across London and Berkshire, employing over 3,500 staff and serving over 30 million customers per year across 43 locations. The franchise is operated by Atul Pathak OBE, who established his first McDonald’s restaurant in Southall in 2003.Focus on customer serviceOne of the first things that happened when we took over the restaurant in Southall was to focus on improving customer service and getting to know the local community.
