Using our family recipes we bake, roast, bake and mash the best of British potatoes, so they’re ready to be stashed in the freezers of the nation’s homes, cafés and restaurants and whizzed to the table in all their glory, at the drop of a hat. It’s about enjoying proper, family food, without spending hours in the kitchen.
