AndOnMobile

AndOnMobile is a “pre-programmed” Lean Tool incorporating Andon and OEE metrics to display production performance in Real Time combining Power over Ethernet/IP (POE/IP) score boarding, true MP3 Audio annunciation, wired or wireless HMI’s, bar code scanning in order to maximize plant efficiency and reduce waste. With AndOnMobile, not only do you know instantly the cell/line is down but you also know why it is down by operator inputted reason codes as well as Andon notification reason codes. All data is conveniently logged in .csv format and can be downloaded to produce various reports. We adapt it to your application to produce results that go straight to your bottom line. AndOnMobile began its journey in Lean Manufacturing in 2003 at the request of one of our major automation customers with basic wired switches and stack light notifications. The second generation launched in 2007 with “hard wired” forced reason codes through touch screens. In 2008 we added wireless activation of stack lights. The 4th generation came in 2010 with the integration of Apple devices (iPod, iPad’s), 32 bit compact Programmable Logic Controller (PLC),Power Over Ethernet ( POE), MP3 Audio Annunciation and many other features which comprise the AndOnMobile line of products today. Now, AndOnMobile can communicate with any "smart" device allowing for even more accessibility.
