AMERIGLOVE is building the world's largest disposable Nitrile Glove Manufacturing Facility in the U.S.A. with a projected capacity of 21+ billion gloves annually (7.4% of current estimated global production) as early as October 2022.We expect the first delivery of 89 million gloves (i.e. 890 thousand boxes of 100) as early as April 2021, which will be produced from the first 5 operational machines with 5 machines per month thereafter being placed into operation ramping up to a total of 100 machines by October 2022, or sooner (please reach out to us directly for the detailed production roll-out schedule).Prices will range from $7 to $7.30 USD for a box of 100 depending on the order volume and market cost of raw materials. PROJECTIONS: 21 billion estimated gloves x $7.00 per box of 100 = $1.45 BILLION IN ANNUAL SALES at capacity. We are not a below-market replacement cost strategy, but instead, an in-demand build for a demand-driven market for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
