The ALATAS Group was founded in 1985 to service owners of ship & offshore cranes, acting as an alternative to the OEM for supply of crane parts, service and technical consultancy.

Crane support still serves as a core product service line offered by ALATAS, and we now have an expanded range of services including various inspection, repair & technical management activities. We work primarily in the Marine, Oil & Gas, Energy & Heavy Lift sectors.

WE are committed to providing 24/7 service support for our customers globally, and our strategically placed local service centers are on hand to do just that, helping reduce the cost of moving staff equipment, parts and tools.

Our Global Service Centers provide on hand support via technical management, highly skilled field engineers & technicians, parts stocking & expert parts sales staff whenever & wherever our customers require.

We operate to the highest standards achievable, and have gained accreditation & recognition in different areas, by carious industry groups including API-U, DNV, LR, LEEA, as well as being a contributor to IADC's task force for crane standards.
