Having worked in the dental field for 18 years as a Dental Nurse, Receptionist, Trainee Dental Therapist and as an Integrative Counsellor to Management in private and in NHS healthcare industry, I became familiar with the stress caused by staffing absences within the workplace. Whether it is a practitioner, a support worker, a therapist or a nurse, an absent team member, especially at short notice, can put healthcare providers under pressure, whether it is a care home, a hospital unit or a dental practice to run smoothly to its full potential. Being passionate about the healthcare industry and unable to find satisfactory and reliable staff cover, I saw a huge gap in the healthcare industry for agency staff and decided to reduce such inconvenience by setting up my own healthcare agency that purely focused on only registering staff who are experienced, reliable and demonstrate dedication for their chosen specialisation.
