ATS UK Ltd are based in Kent and have 2 manufacturing facilities in Maidstone & Folkestone totalling some 40,000 square feet. The Maidstone Division is our Head Office and offers Component Design using Catia, Rapid Prototyping, Specialist Machining (5m x 5 axis machine), Aircraft Interior mock-ups, RIM Moulding, traditional pattern making, specialist fixture & machinery design & manufacture and CMM measurement services. The Folkestone Division specialises in Toolmaking (Plastic Injection, HP Die-Casting) with capabilities to manufacture tools up to 9000kgs and Injection Moulding up-to 550t. Serving predominantly the Medical, Packaging & Automotive sectors particular emphasis is on designing & manufacturing high quality, fast cycling multi-cavity moulds requiring complex movements with optimised cycle times. All new tools are validated in our own mouldshop which has 7 machines ranging from 22t-550t all of which are available for contract moulding as well as in-house tool validation.
