ZeroIn developed a virtual waiting room web-based platform to help keep patients and staff safe all while being easy to adopt for healthcare offices and patients. Our virtual waiting room solution sends patients a website link that shows them when they're expected to be seen and allows them to check-in from the parking lot when they have arrived. Once check-in is completed, our site alerts the staff that their patient is on the premises. Now, patients can wait remotely and enter the appointment once the exam room is ready, eliminating the need for the waiting room and minimizing the risk of patient interaction to increase patient safety. Our technology complements the office workflow, allowing clinic staff to be more efficient and providing safety and clear communication to the patient.
