Zeidler Legal Services is a European law firm specialising exclusively in investment funds law. The firm was established by Arne Zeidler in Frankfurt in 2008. In addition to our Frankfurt office we now have offices in Dublin, London and Zurich. Our diverse client base includes some of the largest and most renowned asset managers in the industry as well as boutique operators. Our focus to date has been on the cross border distribution of both UCITS and AIFs. We carry out fund registrations in the EU, Switzerland, Asia and Latin America. In addition, we advise on distribution agreements and act as local agent for UCITS in Germany and the UK. We also provide ongoing fund governance for UCITS and AIFs registered in the EU and Switzerland.
