(About Us) Your Energy Saving Solutions (YESS) Pty Ltd is a home grown company based in Unley, South Australia. YESS provides energy saving solutions to the commercial sector by identifying and implementing energy smart lighting solutions. YESS is a proud South Australian Company who has grown from humble beginnings to over 25 employees and 100 subcontractors. YESS works with several of Australia’s largest Energy Retailers in the delivery of environmental services to both the residential and commercial sector. (About our services) YESS offer a range of services including commercial lighting upgrades, commercial water saving solutions and a range of residential services aimed to increase energy efficiency and reduce energy bills. (About the REES program) YESS is one of the largest service providers (third party contractors) under the Retailer Energy Efficiency Scheme (REES). The REES scheme has been in operation in South Australia since 2009 (formerly Residential Energy Efficiency Scheme), which requires most Energy Retailers in SA to provide incentives to their South Australian Commercial and Residential Customers. Energy Retailers who exceed specific thresholds are set annual targets for energy efficiency activities to be delivered. The REES program is a SA Government Initiative, with regulations made under the Electricity Act 1996 and Gas Act 1997, with current regulations expiring on 31st December 2020. The Essential Services Commission of SA(ESCOSA) administer the REES and the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy set the targets and policies.
