Empowered by a vision to be a leading centre for the creation of incredible theatrical works, Windmill Theatre Co makes and presents unique and contemporary theatrical work for children, teens and families. Since our inception in 2002, our enduring purpose has been to continue to create incredible shows, and tour them nationally and internationally. We also inhabit new media spaces and participate in the development of innovative means to connect artists and audiences to tell, create and share stories. The company has won several prestigious awards for its work including its first feature film Girl Asleep, and theatre shows Pinocchio, Big Bad Wolf, Grug and the trilogy of theatre shows for teenagers; Fugitive, School Dance and Girl Asleep.
