WiSolar is a privately owned green digital utility (GDU) on a mission to provide low-cost, low-carbon, and on demand electricity. Founded in November 2016, WiSolar has transformed into a private green electricity company with full nationwide coverage in South Africa and footprint in Nigeria.
The company has been providing solar financing to homeowners in South Africa since June 2020 in an effort to make solar electricity accessible to consumers across the country and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.
We are bringing low-cost prepaid solar electricity to lifestyle estate communities, affordable housing communities, and retirement communities across Africa.
WiSolar is a division of WiCorp.
