V&M is the umbrella company formed to manage the administrative aspects of John Vanderhoff's consulting and contracting practice.
John began working with Notes / Domino over twenty years ago, at Price Waterhouse, where he worked as a Computer Consultant.
John wanted to spend 100% of his time working with Notes. He applied to and was hired by Lotus (later purchased by IBM). He worked as an Application Developer and as a Senior Notes/Domino Instructor. After six years working for Lotus, in 1999, John established his company V&M to do contract Notes/Domino Application Development, System Administration and Training.
In 2009, John began to focus on moving Lotus Notes/Domino data to alternate platforms.
Some of John’s clients include: Canadian Tire Financial Services; JP Morgan Chase & Co. (Scotland); The Argus Group (Bermuda); London Borough of Brent (UK), Victoria Mutual Building Society (Jamaica); Central Bank of Barbados, State of Hawaii; and the Bank of Montreal.
