VIPshopr allows merchants and customers to get rid of the cumbersome loyalty card in the loyalty program, while strengthening the customer relationship. It is not just another mobile loyalty app with dematerialized loyalty cards. It is a cloud-based service connecting the merchants and their customers, allowing the supervision of the loyalty program itself, the transmission of special offers and the management of customer recommendations. It is available for any Internet-connected devices, mobile devices, tablets and computers. No special equipment or requirement is needed for the merchant at the point-of-sales. The service just requires an Internet connection, which can be from the POS itself, or any mobile device / tablet / computer.
