In all the nations of Africa, youth unemployment remains the greatest problem that is hindering economic development. African youth population constitute over 60 percent of the entire population with an alarming unemployment rate. This has led to massive brain-drain of African active labour force in search of greener pastures abroad. What must be done is the essence of this Community which is part of Youth Global Innovate Africa Project To apply the concept of apprenticeship mode just as the traditional Igbo apprenticeship system that creates a shared economic prosperity principle where masters groom and empower apprentices. Our focus is in two broad areas: 1. To groom and empower aspiring entrepreneurs to startup in their various business pursuit through our support community. 2.
