Unlimited Performance is passionate about empowering youth athletes through physical therapy informed sports specific training for the purposes of skill acquisition and injury prevention. We believe in the importance of confidence, self belief and positive reinforcement to bolster the effects of our training interventions. Unlimited performance works with all athletes, but specializes in the Cheer athlete. It is our goal to provide all who work with us an understanding that their body is more capable than they likely believe. Through Unlimited Performance training, athletes can achieve a higher degree of physical expression.
