University Canada West is an independent, Vancouver-based university and government recognized member of the B.C. post-secondary system. Established in 2004 by former University of Victoria President, Dr. David Strong, this innovative, focused university of less than 1,000 students offers three degrees: A Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration. University Canada West has earned ACBSP Global Business Accreditation for its business programs. A compact term structure of four 12-week terms per year, combined with a highly integrated curriculum and the option to study in-person or online, provides students with flexibility not available in a traditional university.
