Did you know that the original Diesel engine ran on Peanut Oil? Today we use vegetable oils to produce biodiesel, a clean burning, domestically produced, renewable fuel used by the US Marine Corp, the US Navy and in thousands of homes across the country as renewable heating oil - Bioheat.
Grease Lightning, a Unity Fuels Company, is a renewable energy company focused on providing a clean renewable fuel to homes and businesses throughout the New York Metro area and beyond. We recycle used cooking oil using our proprietary technology to create a clean nearly pure vegetable oil feedstock for biodiesel.
