Union Infrastructure is headed by a professionally qualified British Chartered Surveyor with a wealth of experience in real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy projects in the United Kingdom, Mexico and Latin America.
Based in Mexico City Union Infrastructure provide focused infrastructure and real estate consultancy and advice to private companies and governments throughout Mexico in the following areas:
• Project Finance advice and sourcing for real estate and infrastructure investment opportunities
• Real Estate and Infrastructure technical due diligence and consultancy advice
• Renewable Energy Advice and Energy Brokerage:
i. Working with energy buyers (off takers) to identify the most suitable long term energy partner under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or self-supply
ii. Working with energy providers to obtain finance for their renewable energy projects
iii. Energy auditing and assessment to identify and implement energy saving measures for all real asset classes
Union Infrastructure work with some of the world’s most important renewable energy providers with operations in Mexico. We are engaged in identifying and introducing energy buyers to these providers and producers.
Union infrastructure also develop and finance onsite efficient co-generation and rooftop solar distributed power generation solutions which are financed, owned and operated by our sister company Union Energía.
