We are a French company operating in the core business of Unified Communication and Collaboration. We delegate our staff on site for middle to long run missions. They operate on either hotline (level 1 or 2) or level 3 support. Our highly skilled Technicians and Engineers are expert in ToIP. They are able to either Design, Build or Run any kind of Unified Communication system. For that purpose, they have multiple manufacturers certifications covering both ToIP and networking, so that we can guarantee a very good level of expertise for short as well as long term missions. Their technical environment are : CUCM, UCCE, UCCX, Unity…. Or ALU, OXE, OXO, UCC Experts is especially certified by CISCO and also owns partnership with major actors of the market such as Alcatel Lucent, Microsoft. We currently have Engineer available for short to long term mission. They are specialized in ToIP Cisco and Alcatel.
