Right now we’re delivering the largest transport infrastructure program this nation has ever seen - 41.5 billion dollars of investment for game-changing projects like Sydney Metro and Sydney Light Rail that will shape our cities, centres and communities for generations to come. We’re also delivering great service to our customers every day and continually improving the things that make their journeys better. We’re taking a new approach to the way we work. We can’t do any of this alone so we rely on you, our customers, our community and our partners to share your thoughts about transport and support us to build and deliver a shared vision for a world-class transport system right here in NSW. We are responsible for strategy, planning, policy, regulation, funding allocation and other non-service delivery functions for all modes of transport including roads, rail, ferries, light rail, point to point, regional air, cycling and walking. We contract public and private operators to deliver customer-focused transport services for the people of NSW.
