Our mission is to advance and leverage personal connection to enhance the organ donation process. What we do: -Provide a free online platform that facilitates and processes correspondence between organ transplant recipients and their donor families. -Work with transplant professionals on generating correspondence from transplant recipients to donor families. Our vision: 100% of donor families will receive letters of thanks from their loved one’s recipients. -Post and share letters from users at their discretion to demonstrate the deep impact of organ donation on both donor and recipient families. -Spread information on living and deceased-donor organ donation and transplantation.
