Transort

Transort is an infrastructure development firm that facilitates a community’s need for infrastructure, including embedded infrastructure, power generation, desalination, transportation, ports, logistics, rail, industrial and health-care within mixed- use urban real estate development and/or redevelopment. Transort focuses on renewable integrated distributed infrastructure, which utilizes waste-water, storm-water, waste management, local feed stock and all natural resources for power generation embedded into all aspects of a development plan. The possibilities for renewable energy power generation resources include solar, wind, wave, water and refuse / biomass / biofuels. Our goal is always to make the communities’ environment carbon neutral, secure, safe, livable and functional, while remaining convenient. The firm plans, designs, finances and builds infrastructure, in alignment with a community, state or sovereign and funded through private capital in a public private partnership; without the need for TIF, tax abatements, or subsidies of any kind. The long-term goals and aspirations of a community, state or sovereign are defined and analyzed for economic viability over a minimum 40-year period, which subsequently becomes the partnerships strategic business plan. Once the business plan is agreed, a timeline for phases or tranches is determined and the funding process commences.
