Each business, program, and service will exist to provide persons with severe mental health issues the counseling, therapy, consultation, support, training and employment experience needed to develop self-respect, skills, and gain life satisfaction. Every agency staff member will be known as a community-preferred professional. Each will be knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, innovative, team-spirited, respectful, and friendly.
