TransCert

TransCert (TransCert.com) and the Sanitary Cold Chain (SanitaryColdChain.com) provide transportation food safety training and certification for members of the 83,000 community of food supply chain members. With the passage of the FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) proposed food transportation rules (Jan, 2014), food carriers are required to meet sanitation, temperature control and record keeping in order to provide officials with evidence of compliance. Training is available to bring companies and personnel up to speed on these new rules at our website. TransCert provides food transporters with certification services in 10 countries including the US and Latin America. The Sanitary Cold Chain is dedicated to developing partnerships and providing services for food safety audit and certification groups focused on other aspects of the supply chain (farms, distributors, retail).
