Description
Information
Torus Foundation is the charitable arm of Torus, the largest social landlord in the North West. Torus takes pride in being more than just a housing association. Over the years Torus has worked with tenants and the wider community on a number of projects which have helped many people looking to gain employment, supported families through financial advice, got more of our tenants online with computer training and more. Torus Foundation brings these projects together so we can help make a positive difference to communities and improve lives across Merseyside and surrounding areas. Torus Foundation is partly funded by Torus Group’s HMS, which is donating a proportion of its profits through gift aid. This is a valuable resource supporting our aim to improve the quality of life and wellbeing for all of our customers, especially those who are younger, older and vulnerable. The charity will achieve this through key impact areas: Health and Wellbeing Employment Digital Inclusion Financial Inclusion Youth www.torusfoundation.org.uk
